What is the standard shipping timeframe for furniture and decor?
Small decor items typically arrive within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, please allow 7-14 business days for our specialized white-glove delivery partners to ensure your items arrive safely.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Adra ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international home enthusiasts in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We want you to love your space. If you are not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in their original packaging, and a restocking fee may apply to oversized furniture.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
Quality and ethics go hand-in-hand at Adra. We partner with artisans who use FSC-certified timber and eco-friendly finishes to ensure our products are as kind to the planet as they are to your home.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Yes. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link. For furniture deliveries, our carrier will also contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery window.
